Why use Roof Snap

Know your roof before it costs you.

Most roof problems are invisible from the ground — until they become expensive. Here's what a clear view from above actually gets you.

Spot problems early

Missing tiles, cracked flashing or moss build-up are easy to miss from ground level. Catching them early can save thousands in repair costs.

Insurance & documentation

Dated, high-resolution photographs can be used as evidence for insurance claims, warranty disputes, or when buying and selling a home.

Selling or letting

Give buyers and tenants a clear, professional view of the whole property — not just what's visible from the street.

Peace of mind

An independent check of your roof — not just a roofer's word for it. If someone tells you work's needed, you'll have your own dated, high-resolution photos to judge the state of it for yourself.

Fast turnaround

We aim to have your photographs in your inbox within 6 hours of flying — often much sooner, weather permitting.

You don't need to be home; we photograph everything from the air.

Photos are delivered by email as a downloadable link — we aim to send them within 6 hours of flying.

Drone close-up of a cracked roof tile
A cracked tile like this one lets water straight into the roof structure. Invisible from ground level — clearly visible from above.
Drone view of a roof valley junction and lead work
Where two roof slopes meet, the valley and its lead work quietly collect debris and moss — a common source of leaks, and almost impossible to check from ground level.
